Frontline Tutors is your online tutoring marketplace where students and educators connect. 

Parents/students can browse through our tutors based on specific subjects, in addition, they can also submit customized tutoring requests with detailed information of their tutoring needs. 

Our tutors offer 1-1 and group tutoring, they also set up specific lessons for parents/students to choose from which are available on their calendar. 

Frontline Tutors has evolved into an online tutoring marketplace connecting tutors and students within an outstanding and dynamic academic environment. 

We recognize that each student is unique, and that individualized learning may not always be achievable within a classroom. There are numerous qualified and dedicated tutors to choose from that are committed to individual student success. These tutors are dedicated to academic excellence and aim to fill in students' learning gaps as well as enhance current academic skill sets.

Absolutely! Students may make specific tutoring requests using the Book Tutoring Request Form. We encourage you to include all the necessary information to allow the tutor be fully prepared to meet the tutoring needs. 

There are various tutoring sessions available for students in elementary school, high school, college, Graduate School, and students taking various professional examinations across numerous fields including academic test preparations. 

These tutoring services are online  with the sessions held as one-on-one or in a group.

Tutoring requests: Tutoring requests are made up of lessons. There are a few ways that students can make tutoring requests:

(i) Once logged in, use the Book A Tutor option and select a tutor's available times.

(ii) Once logged in, use the Book a Lesson option to book pre-set lessons.

(iii) On the website, submit specific tutoring requests using the Tutoring Request Form.

Tutors wishing to join the platform simply click on the 'Tutor Sign Up' link and fill out all their information. Tutors will be notified once their profiles become live and available for students to book tutoring sessions. 

Yes, there are numerous tutors that students can choose from and each tutor’s profile has a picture and information on individual qualifications, experience, tutoring offerings, etc. 

Within your dashboard, there is the option to select specific tutors. This is done by clicking 'Book A Lesson', choose 'Book A Tutor'. Then select the subject and time, and a list of qualified tutors will appear. Each tutor’s profile has a picture and information about individual qualifications, experience, etc. 

Yes, group classes are available. The maximum class size is 10 students and classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. 

Yes, it is. This tutoring platform is designed to be intuitive for all users and there is a user guide that explains the steps for using platform features. Most of these articles have accompanying short videos and or screenshots for our more visual users. 

Yes, there are bookable lessons to choose from. Students can book lessons with tutors who specialize in a particular subject. The duration and frequency of the lessons may vary depending on the tutor and subject matter. A tutor may offer one-time lessons for students who need help with a specific assignment or exam, while other tutors may offer ongoing lessons to help build a strong foundation that could span days, weeks or months. 

This is especially convenient and flexible for students who need personalized attention and support; allowing them to schedule lessons that fit their busy schedule and only pay for the lessons they sign up for. The available student spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. 

All online sessions are recorded and accessible. 

This platform allows for each tutor to upload teaching materials using various files and content for lessons. In addition, tutors can create, administer and assess various assignments given to students within the Frontline Tutors platform. 

Tutors are empowered to adapt to individual student’s needs and are not restricted by delineated cookie-cutter lesson plans.  

Yes, if a student is no longer able to attend a scheduled lesson and needs to cancel, the student must do so at least 24-hours prior for a refund to be issued. 

Cancelling:  A lesson must be cancelled at least 24-hours prior for a refund to be processed. 

No show:  If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson and fails to cancel within the required time frame, it is considered as a 'no-show' and therefore is non-refundable.
